The OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) standard, 29CFR 1910.120, includes different levels (and duration) of training depending on employee functions required during an emergency. True "Waste-workers" require a full 40-Hour HAZWOPER course.
Atlantic Safety provides a full range of HAZWOPER training courses including the 40-Hour waste-worker course and emergency responder courses ranging from 8 to 24 hours in duration. Refresher, supervisor, and incident command courses are also available.
